Not sure how often these kind of things happen but a buddy of mine took a 1 oz weight right to the eyeball last night. I was already gone but apparently one person was trying to free a hung up rig while another was picking up and getting ready to leave. Never saw it coming...a night spent at the hospital and no fish caught to add insult to injury! No pics and prolly for the best...

Sorry to hear, hope all is well.
Had a few snagged lines that made me think twice a few times this weekend.

Poor guy already had a broken hand from a mistake on the fourth of July. Been kind of a tough month for him!

I had a drop shot weight hit right under my eye my buddy set the hook on a fish and caning flying out made me bleed in the shape of the weight. I can't imagine a 1oz weight. Hope all turns out for the guy. You only get one set of eyes.

Man that sucks. That's why I always recommend people use a heavier leader line than mainline. That way leads don't come flying back at you. I hope he is ok.

Thanks guys. He's at home resting. It's probably too early to tell what the long term effects will be but again thanks guys.
