about 50 and I feel like I'm fishing all the time. my fishing season is about 8 months as the other 4 months are focused on hunting. so fishing 1 day a week the other 8 months is 34 days. for those 8 months between tournaments and practice I will average an extra day about every other week, so another 17 days. for anyone saying more than 50 days with a full time job and family I think your math is suspect.

Starting in January I average 1-2 days a week until football season starts in August and then I work about 120 straight days until we get knocked out of the playoffs. So I estimate about 40 fishing trips a year.

Granted, They usually consist of 3 to 4 Hour trips but I'm not complaining.

Not if you are one of the lucky ones that your family fishes with you! My husband and I fish at least twice a week and if the weather is decent our 2 year old goes with us.

The real question is not how many days you fish, it is how many days you catch fish...lol but I usually try to get out a couple times a week, even if it is just for an hour, getting out for a little while is still better than nothin

for anyone saying more than 50 days with a full time job and family I think your math is suspect. Depends on what kind of full time job you have. I work when I'm out on my boat lots of times. I thought I was being conservative saying 100+?
