What size perch do you guys use for hybrid fishing? Lately the only bait I can cast net at the ramp are perch and shiners.

Life is a beach, i'm just playing in the sand.

I have used all sizes. The bigger the perch the bigger the fish. I have got lazy lately and bought large minnows and caught some nice fish but cant keep the yellow bass off them.

I prefer 4".

Perch are like candy to hybrids. I have a perch trap I set in the
Pond by my house. They are also more hardy in a live well than shad.
