Haven't tried this yet but has anyone tried gulp alive shad on frozen shad? If so how did it do?

Haven't tried it but typically Berkley gulp is an outstanding product
 fish to live and live to fish

Fresh shad is what I use. Or fresh carp, buffalo, perch, or goo's. That is my 2 cents.

Fresh shad is way to easy to get this time of year to use frozen shad.Dead red works well on cut bait.Never used the gulp shad on anything.

Dead Red is all I ever use on shad.

I've used it on cut buffalo, perch, and shad after it had sit awaile. It worked. I would go with dead red personally but the Gulp! spray does work.
