Jig, I've caught 1 fish in my 32 years on a jig. Granted it was a 7 pounder. I feel very uncomfortable with a jig

Jig and drop shot. Never picked up a drop shot before but wanted to try it.

shakey head. I throw that thing so much and can count on my fingers how many fish ive caught on it. I always have one tied on cause it looks so good.

Drop shot for me, it's the one technique I have never caught a fish on. I've tried casting it and vertical presentations and nada.

Throwing a long leader Carolina Rig. I fish a short leader all the time 18 inches to 2 feet, but for the life of me i cant get the hang of throwing one with a 4 foot leader. I keep getting it tangled up.

friggin a rigs, any one wanna buy about 6 of em. I was the same way. Then one day this spring I started throwing it and just didnt put it down. Ended up catching 20+ fish that day. Now I catch fish on it often. That day was a big confidence booster. My problem bait is a chatter bait. P.S. Hop I will take them off your hands.

Shakey head. But its because I'm just not a big fan of it for some reason. I have caught a few on it but there's just something about it. One way I have found to improve on a technique is whenever I get a school fired up I start chunking new stuff to see what they will and won't eat. Also how it feels when they bite it or little tricks to get a bite. I used to be really bad about trying something new when the same old thing wasn't working. Most of the time that is complete opposite of what I need to do.
