Has anyone ever fished the small rock outcropping back towards east bay? I have passed by it a million times and have never fished it. Thanks.

if its the bolivar ferry don't waste your time. Go to ft. Travis down the road, will have more luck there

+1 on the nice flatties in that area was this a fall catch at the ferry dock? Bolivar or Galveston side?
