You lost me on the middle plate, I don't mind hanging it over the side but that could lead to an issue.

Oakridge is about the only place I have ever launched on Lake Fork. Occasionally I launch at Lake Fork Marina if Im on that side of the lake, but I live to the East of Fork so that is where I launch 99% of the time. I am thrilled by the way Barry, Tracy and Ernie run it. Everything there is top notch and the kids love to play with Remy! Back in the 80s and 90s it was great too. I used to always order the onion rings and still to this day use them to gauge all other onion rings. Probably not the healthiest food but I still order them from time to time and the memories from back then rush my mind with each bite. Their onion rings are great and one of my favorite treats. I use to have coffee in there with Curtis Rushing, C.C. Oswalt, Dennis Shelley and others just about every Wednesday and Thursday morning as those were my days off back then. A lot of fond memories from then!

It's the only place we eat breakfast! Quick and great food and great service, Kim and Brittany on the weekends! Ernie is always friendly and caring and runs a great store. Of course everyone there is friendly, you can't have a bad day after having been greeted by Remy!

Oakridge is the only place I put in on Lake Fork, food is great, service is always good and I always pat Remmy on the head for good luck. I have a soft plastic Barry is trying to find for me in that color, we even spent about an hour together on the puter looking for it, think we found the color so he is going to order a few to see. My hat is off to Barry.
Last week I told them that I went off the end of the Ramp and Barry said it was a wash out from power loading that cause it, within a couple of days, he had it fixed, good an new.
Cant say enough about Barry and his staff.
