This year at Lewisville been dinks, so I been going Tawakoni loading up w/ Hybrid and football size sandy, just too far..try to find a local lake closer to home, gas is not geting any cheaper LOL...good luck out there if u fish Sunday

Kevin, you might want to head to Texoma - good striper fishing this year.

As far as catching shad goes, I've been finding easy pickings in the boat ramp coves, but they're too big for live bait. However, fresh cut shad works quite well for hybrids and blue cats.

Yup, dink fest! Sandies the size of the slabs we where using. Pulled up to the rock piles and saw some BIG splashes. Dropped a lively and 5secs, had drag peeling off! Damnnn Gar!
