that's the best way to describe what you're about to see. I've been sticking to it for two weeks now, and it's getting easier. I try to eat less than 30 carbs a day, but sometimes I screw up and eat 50-60. You have to get back on it and not look back. I'm down 6 lbs so far and feel pretty good!
For breakfast this week, I made about a dozen "bacon cups" and took them to work in the morning when I was running late.
The bell pepper is a treat, as well -- filled with sausage, peppered bacon, eggs and cheese.
