Besides the good rain I've heard about out towards the lake, I'm curious about the fishing. I've heard its pretty deep and some good fish can be caught out there but I've never been or have a clue where to start if I go out there. Somewhat of a drive for me and looking for a nice alternative to Hubbard Creek. Any info info is greatly appreciated.

The last time I went was over a year ago. Cisco hardly gets any runoff, so the only water it catches is the rain that falls directly into it. Only one ramp on the lake.. Be aware the last time I went it was 20ft low. I don't know what it is now, but the ramp may be unusable.

As far as fishing with the lake level as it is, you can't go to far up the creek arms, but just take it slow and you will be fine. Tons of boulders and plenty of docks. I've caught fish on quite a few different docks out there, so I try to hit them all. Most of my fish have come off of smaller body crank baits, texas and whacky rigged plastics. Also had good luck with hula poppers early and late. Good luck out there.

Cisco just caught 14 feet of water. I would wait to fish it.
