Cooper is practically impossible to bank fish so thought I might drive to Tawakani and check it out.

Where can I bank fish for catfish and or sand bass or hybrids.

I have typical freshwater gear as well as surf gear if needed.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Try the point just north of 2 mile bridge on the west side. 751 bridge area. Anchor inn.

We fished off the point just Northwest of 2 mile bridge, and caught a few Saturday (see my post yesterday).. We were in a boat. But you could fish the water from the shore. Nice clean shoreline, accessible by parking at the ramp parking lot.

Is that right ??

Anchor inn has a pay area ...751 bridge..,

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
