Went out to various spots over the weekend. I was supposed to link up with Alex (First Class Tackle) but the coordination gods got us again. (sorry Alex) We went out to the Medina river, which held some good pockets but the river is fairly dry. Same with the stretch of the Guadalupe we hit later. With a bit more water both of the spots we checked out would be world class. My wife got her personal best catgill (once again I missed the shot!) and she took some great pics with her new camera. I have a feeling that thing is going swimming soon so we really need to find some sort of waterproof case.

Looks like fun anyway. We love going to the Medina. We've primarily fished the east side of San Antonio. My wife and I just got into fishing as this drought hit, but I can certainly see where things will pick up in the Medina once we return to normal rainfall.
