It's a drum but they are not good to eat. Yuk!

I caught a 10lber on Lville last year pitching the boat houses at Tower Bay. Thought I had a SAL until that ugly white thing surfaced. . .

They have a nice filet from behind the head down to the tail, along the topside of the fish. No belly meat to speak of. It's a nice firm flesh but you should be careful not to overcook or the filet will get dry.

Ive never heard of anybody eating freshwater drum. Will have to give it a try. After all people love talapia. Thats a trash fish! Look it up.
