Down for the weekend and didn't even get a bight this morning. This was my first time fishing on this lake so any help whatsoever will do. Not asking for anyone's honey hole, just want to catch a few.

I have not been down there in a while but if there are still docks in the water that usually isnt a bad place to start. They are usually good for a few fish out there even on bad days. Hope that helps out a little bit.

That is definitely helpful. Thank ya. What should I be expecting to catch? I believe there is a few different species of bass here.

We always target blackbass by flipping worms or crawworms (Berkley chigger craws my favorite)into any stickup along rocky banks next to deep water and catch a few. Always keep a squarebill crankbait handy and throw at any well defined point that sticks out towards deeper mainlake water to pick up some sandbass.
