ok so you have never lost a tail on those however I must ask did the fish seem any more aggressive towards the gogo did they strike faster on average Because I to have used those and never lost a tail but since I have never used the gogo I don't know how the plastic is or swims, is it a softer plastic that allows a more natural swim because the others will sometimes scare fish away based on the texture of the plastic and how it swims
Its not about how deep you can fish but by how you wiggle your worm

I sent out for the gogo. And have used it a few times. It is a soft plastic. I like the way it swims. And falls perfect no spinning on way down but it has only produced small fish so far. And I haven't lost a tail yet either. I like the product and will keep tryin it. But it has not made my go to list yet

perch will take the tails off just about any of these type baits. dont give up the ship till you try different spots with the baits. they look pretty good to me even tho i havent tried any of them. on roberts they were knocking the tails off the bass asassins also.

The fish hit the bait aggressively. Whether it is a brim, catfish, yellow bass or sandbass taking the tails off, it does happen. When I'm fishing a spot that is holding crappie I haven't had the problem. Last outing I caught five (crappie) in the span of 15 minutes without losing the tail before I lost the entire jig snagging the brush. It's a soft bait and losing the tail may be part of using it.
I haven't decided to give up on them completely but I have my reservations.

Well gee whiz I received a couple of bags to try out, they look great in the water I had some little bluegills grab the tails too, none of them tore off. So ??? I also have some really old Mr. Twister curly tails they tore off.

All I know is when I tried the Slab Bandits last fall I was into a bunch of really small bass. Must have caught 10 to 15 in about 30 minutes and then went back the next day for the same time and did the same thing. I missed or had some get off other than the ones I caught which after both days I would say I caught at least 25 to 30 and a bunch get off or missed them. I still had on the same first Slab Bandit I started with. I also was fishing it as a drop shot rig so it was just nose hooked. I thought that a pretty darn good test for lasting.

I've had pretty good luck with my Go-Go jigs. I have even caught a 4 pound channel cat on one and haven't lost any tails. Maybe you got a bad bag, that happens with all jigs from time to time.
