Hey guys, I was curious..... Is the night fishing out the ever worth a darn( for bass) ??? And if so, what should I target, and what baits would be the most productive around there at night.

Not in my experience. I only ever catch trash fish and dinks.

I HAVE BEEN GOING OUT LATE THE LAST COUPLE WEEKS AND I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CATCH THEM ON DEEP DOCKS WITH LIGHT ON A LIPLESS AND DROPSHOT BUT CANT BYE A BITE DURING THE DAY

Night fishing can be good but streaky... Black trick worms... Black n blue jig! Fish are so spread out might have to run an gun! But can be good!

Im headin to LBJ on Saturday nite, my first nite fish. Ive been doing some you tubin and noticed they all recommend black Colorado spinners, black worms, black top water buzz, and dark lipless. We'll see.

I've been going out there the last few weeks. Had mixed results on drop shots and spinner-baits but all in all hasn't been to bad. Still waiting to hook one on top water, everyone raves about at night.

dark colored power worms, dark jigs, and dark colored finesse worms on shakey heads. fish points and all the marina's that you can get to. fish are usually shallower at night, bigger fish will be around areas that have deep water very close by. good luck Grape Vine is very nice at night.

Pretty well lit too...Just be sure to have your lights on because some idiot will try to run you over...I try to keep a flashlight handy at night to flash if someone gets a little close
