These beds are about about 100 yards from the shore and deeper than most would even think about fishing during the spawning period. There is school of shad on a tree in the water column at the top of the image. that image is too cool for school! Thanks...I'm learning a lot from this thread! OP's question is one I've had for myself...glad he asked...
