Too far of a reach to that unit, so you had better be able to touch your toes and then some while sitting down.
Somehow I just can't see the fella in the photo being able to do that. Lol
|

I like the concept but unless they shorten the cockpit that seems like a long reach to the unit... Walker I test paddled this kayak a few months ago and reaching the FF is not bad and I've got the over inflated tire thing going on.:)

Isn't it possible to use some type of arm that will bring it closer? If not the smaller screened Lowrance Elite 4 units will be too far away for viewing.

Thanks for posting the info!
Nice updates but it does not look like anything earth shattering from the 2013 model. I'm fine having the FF mounted in the unitrack and in easy reach. I see they also added two scuppers in the foot well too. I think a seating update to something similar to the Slayer would be huge. Create the ability to retrofit, and I would be really excited. With the slide track system for the seat, it should be doable. I'm wondering if the rigid handles are a retro fit.

nice looking boat. I'll stick with my 2013 for now. fish finders are pointless when your fishing rivers for trout and smallmouth
