I also have it "Y" to the in hull transducer Did you test on the water for the best location for the shoot-thru BEFORE you attached it to the hull? Did you prepair the installation site to assure the atachment would hold? Did you use the proper SLOW CURE epoxy for that attachment? Have you checked to see if the shoot-thru has come loose?

I like SI for locating structure and especially creek channels,bridges and rock piles I still prefer 2d and down scan for locating schools of I'm just more comfortable reading that
