trim moter started running real slow no leaks or water in fluid how do you remove

trim moter started running real slow no leaks or water in fluid how do you remove Replaced mine today it was pretty simple once I devised a way to access the 2 allen headed bolds. Bought the trim motor off eBay for $110 and it works great and fast too! It will now trim from all the way down to all the way up and back all the way down in 25 seconds! I am very happy with the results! eBay Trim Motor Link!

You should have done a how to video. Main problem is being shure to line up the pump drive correctly.

got trim motor off motor had oil inside the seal is bad on shaft all else is good is oil seal a part i can buy if so where need help please

called all around no body sells just a shaft seal. went on net to, no seal.i went to rockwall marine they had a after market one. they are always helpful nice people and carry lots of parts. hope to have back up and working sunday.i feel the need to set a hook.
