Trying to find a good cat fish hole on eagle mt. Bass fish there a lot know lake well .trying to find a nice catfish hole I can take wife and kids and catch a few. Any advise appreciated thanks.

No real "holes" for catfish. They move around a good bit. I fish that lake 3-4 days a week. Pm sent.

I have had success fishing boat docks out there. My wife's aunt and uncle own a house on the lake and I always catch cats on punch bait fishing off of it.

Flats with a creek adjacent to them.... and a rocky or stump shoreline work well. Fish the creek drop off!

Thanks for the info guys. Maybe next outing will be a little better for the kids. Was out last night didnt go so well.

Same here, went last night and fished until 2:30 AM, me and my friend caught four each. All smallish channels on liver. Could not get anything to eat shad, and could not get into any blues to save my live. We fished near the dam before dark, moved to the cattails north of Lakeview Marina around dusk, worked the channel back to the island and tried the slough near the power plant. Was a beautiful night for fishing even if we couldn't get any blues.
Catfish or go home!
