 Anyone been to the Dike? Galveston Seaweed?

I usually fish Galveston but not trying to get into the shark frenzy going on out there currently. Does anyone know or been to the Dike and know if theres any fishing activity out there, I m headed out tomorrow? Sometimes the dead moving water out there produces nothing....
Is there Seaweed still washing up in Galveston?

I went this past weekend to Moses lake and caught nothing . I fished the Shoreline along skyline dr and caught nothing ...the water was super calm after 8 am. Went to some rigs outside the flood gates and caught nothing and again water was super calm .

Sounds like the typical Dike. Yep when the water is not moving its bad out there. They need a cam
