Lots of family here for the holiday weekend. Took 6 out fishing this morning and 3 others out this afternoon. This morning we caught 61: 49 whites, 10 keeper yellow bass, a cat and one LMB. This afternoon we caught 62: 59 whites, 2 cats and a keeper yellow bass. In the morning run (from 9:30AM to noon) we looked deep but couldn't find any so went shallow - 10 to 15 fow - and caught them at Dam Ridge and Saint Annes Point East. In the afternoon we looked shallow 1st and didn't see any. Checked East Hump and they were there in 25 fow where we caught all 62 between 4:45 and 6:30 PM. All fish caught on Mepps #4 spinners. Dennis I'm down here also at cedar creek with family this weekend. We also did well this morning. Caught around 70 from 7 to 10 am. Wish I could tell you where we were, but I have no clue. The fish I found were also shallow from 12 to 15 fow. I do know I was on the southwest side of the lake.
Nice report, we'll be back out in the morning.
