Hey guys. I'm headed to Lake Conroe Sunday - Tuesday (7/7-7/9) for a little summer get away. I will not have long to locate the fish due to other activities but have read a couple reports of people catching some nice fish.
If anyone has been lately or knows anything about the lake...any advice or suggestions would very helpful & much appreciated. (locations, methods, patterns)

I ate [censored] on it today. Two people two fish. Lots of boaters and the water was choppy.
Thursday Morning I did better.

Drove by the lake a couple times today and I can Definately say I was glad I wasn't out there. It was packed with ski boats and jet skis.
