hooking up a big 54 inch king on 65 pound braid on a fin nor offshore 4500, the king ate a ribbonfish on wire to aswer the common question, i should be getting back into the yak soon, i have been trying to get my right arm fixed, i have a non functioning tendon in my forearm and my teres minor (rotator cuff muscle) is totally #$%@ed and basically non existent due to me being shot years ago

Nice fish. I especially like that you handed your rod off to the kids so they could catch some sharks. I had a guy do that for my teen aged daughter a few years back and it really made the trip for her.

8 hour trip..i normally only do 12 hour and longer..

lol catch for the whole boat, i hooked 3 of the kings and two of the sharks...i actually only caught the 54inch king though, my arm was hurting me after that, so i figured i would let some kids catch fish..
