I'm apparently not interested in going out alone. When I bought my boat, I thought I would be, but it's just not happening.

I really just Bass fish. I carry too many rods, and I fish every type of technique there is. Some I'm better at, some I'm new to. I'm really interested in the big swimbait stuff, and have the gear. I have some Hudds, and just scored an 8" 3:16 Frestyle Trout. I want to take some trips in the colder months, and focus on strictly swimbaits. This is in addition to wanting to fish all other stuff, year round.

I live in Plano. I can fit my one boat on my Honda Accord. I'm willing to drive 2 to 4 hours, and will camp, or split a room for overnights.

I'm a pretty cool dude. I'm calm, but I can have fun, and goof off. I'm not a cheapskate, and will pay my part. I'm serious about fishing, and can do sunup to sundown. I'm pretty solid on my skills, but am always interested in others. I do have a lot of stuff to do in my life, so I normally have to plan in advance. I find it very hard to motivate myself to go out, but if I have plans with someone, I get motivated.

Give me a shout sometime. I hit Ray Roberts pretty often and that is just to your north west a little. Fishing alone doesn't bother me but have in others there makes it better.

You will never lack for a fishing buddy here. Hick Christian Myrick posted up the same post you did and I fish with him nonstop. He�s probable wishin he never posted now.

Im kind of in the same boat when it comes to fishing alone. Id much rather fish with one of my buddies then go alone. But I will still go alone if it means I get to spend some quality time on the water!

Im in Rowlett and it would not be hard to twist my arm to go fishing and meet some of the local Kayak guys. ive only fished Hubbard a couple times in the Yak so far though.
