Don't know any details, but just seen on the news there is an accident on Fork right now and one has been airlifted, prayers up for all involved

According to the news in Tyler (KLTV) it was 515 West. They still have not told the story...

(Wood) Yantis VFD & Lands End VFD on scene of a major boating accident on Lake Fork near the Hwy 515 bridge. ETMC Air 1 Central has been launched to the scene from Tyler.
1 person being careflighted to Tyler hospital
Reports are unclear at this time but it is believed two boat collided

This is from kltv.com under local news..
The incident is on Lake Fork, near the County Road 515 bridge. Details on this are still coming in, but officials tell us one person has been flown to a Tyler hospital.
