I agree - love to fish them on a 1/8 oz. shakey head. Roboworms float and the tail stands up on a jighead.

In memory of my childhood friend Dan Sterling, who taught me at an early age how to catch bream with a hand-line, and who unknowingly hooked me on fishing for life.

If you are fishing a tournament on a slot lake or one with lots of spotted bass, then make sure you have a finesse rig set up with a shakey head 1/8oz and Aarons magic worm in 4 or 6". They have gotten me a limit when nothing else worked.

I am heading to Louisina for the 4th and was planning to make a stop at BPS on my way out of town. What jig heads do you guys like with them? I usually just buy the BPS brand stuff on weights and jig heads but curiosity has the better of me.

Since when are Robowors $10 a pack? I've never paid more then about $4-6 depending on if they are on sale or not. I like to fish them on a dropshot. Shakey head works good too. And they certainly catch lots of fish!

Owner brand shakey heads for me for the lighter finese one's. If I'm fishing a Magnum shakey head then I like the X-cite brand X-lock or in a pinch the Yum Pumpkin'Ed's are not a bad choice either.

Lol you also heard that Gulp was DEADLY, but robo worms are pretty good, lots of unique colors of which to choose.
