You've been warned. Here's what I've been up to recently: Special K French toast  Wild mushroom risotto  Grilled lamb chops with green beans  Some prime ribeyes we picked up in the Woodlands  Prime filets from the same meat market  Salmon pinwheel stuffed with cream cheese and crab cakes  Homemade spicy meatloaf with green bean casserole  Homemade margherita pizza with hand-tossed dough  Sopapillas with fresh whipped cream and caramel sauce  Zucchini spaghetti with tomato sauce from scratch  And perhaps the most amazing thing I've ever made/tasted... fettuccine carbonara with grilled chicken and prosciutto
