Thanks in advance!
Need your input; Im looking at finishing up and renting my cabin in siesta shores in Falcon Lake. Trying to keep it affordable, so I would like to know what is really needed.
The Concept: Gated, lighted, electrical outlets, A/C, 1 full size bed, 2 bunk beds, and loft, restroom, kitchenette, outdoor grill.
I know for me, my priorities are securing my boat and having a cold place to sleep and a hot shower Even if I stay at a hotel always bring my own hygiene items.
Keep it real!

Why the double bed? I don't like to sleep with some other guy in the same bed. Why not two single beds or another bunk bed.

2 twins in the Master would be an added bonus.

Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

Having a great cleaning lady is the key to customer return.
She has to do the shopping for the things you are providing.
She has to make sure the outside is good to go before the customer gets there.
She has to let you know what needs attention immediately and be very observant of any problems.

If you attach a cleaning fee to the rent; make sure she comes in each day and does a general pick up and clean up. Wash the dished, make the beds, change out the towels, mop the tile floor, TP ready, and trash out.

Questions about what to bring? This is a list of what is furnished at our rentals.

Hard Plates
Bowels
Coffee Cups
Big Glases/plastic
Ice Trays - 4 - Not in the freezer, but there if needed.
Forks and Spoons

Meat Platter
Tongs and big spoons
Toilet Paper
Wash cloths - hand towels - Big Bath Towels
Bath Soap

Nice grill to cook on - Gas

Boat towels
Water hose - If the fish aren't bitting you can wash the boat.

Things to bring:

Individual beds is a must for most fisherman, don't understand why some places are catered to fisherman and advertise king and queen beds. Jmho

I know you may be limited with space inside but one of the first things I did when I purchased my BASS CRIB at Falcon was to build a tackle table to work on my gear. It is amazing how much tackle and gear a couple of bass fishermen can pile on a regular dinner table. A tackle table no matter how small will get a lot of use at your rental place. Maybe a 'DD WALL OF FAME' board where your clients that land a Bass over 10 lb while staying there could post a date with comments. Good luck. One thing is for sure. There are going to be a bunch of BIG fish stories told there!

Looks a little small for four adults, usually their will be four men. Separate beds are a must. I noticed that it is only 11ft by 28 ft. take the bathtub at five feet leaves the bedroom at 6X6, you have to have some closet or storage space. Also living room/dinning . You have to have a TV are all four men going to set together on one couch. Just my opinion you need to go a lot bigger or just take two not four.
