I'm going to hit the lake for the third time this week tonight, has anyone had any luck lately? It seems the bite has been shut down on grapevine lately.

Yeah same with Lavon.I think the spawn started late because of the cooler weather we had back in the spring.The bite should be back on by mid-July I hope.

I fished worth last night and had a few small takedowns but nothing big it seemed like all small channel cats,

I went out to bank lewisville couple days ago for 2hrs. Caught 5lb, 10lb, 3lb blue in bout10 fow. All caught on fresh shad head around dusk.
