 Best trailer for a Chatterbait

I use a pearl white paddle tailed fluke, but am interested to see what y'all use and seem to get best results on.

I use a straight tail fluke. I havent EVER caught a fish on a chatterbait. I guess I need to learn how to use them. LOL

I always use the trailer that comes with it and have success on them but I have also heard many that swear by the LFT magic shad. I need to give that a try some time.

I caught my PB on a black and blue chatterbait with a similarly colored Zoom swimmin chunk two weekends ago. Caught another 3 pounder after that on the same bait, and then a 3, 4 and 5 on a jig using the same trailer.

IMHO it just seems that the paddle tailed fluke gives it more "realistic" tail action. They have been straight pounding it as of late. But im always open to new techniques. The more i look at the LFT live action shad, it makes me want to eat it!!

1) lft magic shad 2) zoom fluke. This is one of my favorite ways to fish period and will get those big bites!

I use several:
Live Magic Shad when I want extra weight
Zoom twin-tail trailer
Double curly tail grub for fishing around wood--lessens hang-ups.
An extended skirt for cold water to keep the lure light for the slowest retrieve.
