Anyone ever done that syringe trick to make you soft plastics such as trick worms, lizards, senkos float off the bottom? I'm thinking this trick will do well w/ the C-Rig. Any others tricks available or more safer I would say ? Lol

they already make floating baits that do just that, so you don't have to modify them.

Zoom makes floating worms, its marked on the package just not a big color selection.
Any of the Elastic style plastics are floaters. And a lot of the ribbed ring style baits are floaters

Double ZZ custom baits. they make awesome custom colors and they are all hand pours. They float great. If you use a 2 or 3 Ought hook they stand up and wiggle witht the movement of the water.

Anything with more salt will sink more. You can bite/taste your plastics to see salt content. I switched on a lot of Zoom products from "super salty +" to the originals because of this.
Try a robo worm or baby rattlesnake on your C-rig. You'll get bit for sure.
