When I look at the tide chart online I see two highs and two lows but on the slot where it says the footage I noticed that between one set there is little change does this mean that you don't want to fish this phase because there's not going to be much movement.

Fish when you can, but water movement helps get the fish actively feeding.
Tide graphs are just like a roller coaster, going up, water is pushing into the bays and backwaters.
Going down the water is leaving higher ground and heading out into the Gulf.
Flat line water is sitting there like the coaster before taking off.
All things being equal fishing during tidal movement helps put the odds more in your favor.

I don't go on those days. It's tough in this area to get the right tides and green water. We have excellent incoming morning tides next week. Now I need to see some green water.
