haeading down to galveston for the week tomorrow. we are staying real close to the SLP. wanted to know if any one had any info on what to throw at them. we'll be fishing from the shore. we have no boat and know about wading out there is/or dangerous. so if ya'll have any helpful info me and my f.i.l would really appreciate it. and give you an update upon our return. thanks a bunch fellas!

It's sandy down there, but the forecast is for the wind to shift to the SE which should bring in green water within a couple of days. We have really great incoming morning tides all next week. I plan on giving it a try Monday.
