Did my first online order from ACK Saturday for some misc rigging pieces. Order shipped same day and made it here to the boonies today. That's quick for being in the boonies! Order complete and correct, they threw in a little extra something plus free shipping and a discount coupon.

Pretty impressive! That's the way business is supposed to be done! Old school service with new age technology. I'll be back.

I ordered from them yesterday (Monday) and it was on here today before 6 (Tuesday). Very impressed.

Ordered a Ride 115 from them with the high and low seat(the TKF discount was sweet). High seat was left out of the shipment, and they overnighted it after I informed them of the miss. Once the high seat arrived, it was defective with the seat back holes drilled incorrectly. ACK overnighted another seat and return label for the defective seat.

Like a mentor told me a long time ago, mistakes are going to happen. No one cares about those, they care about what you do to fix them. ACK was outstanding resolving the problems, and I even got an email response from them on a Sunday.

ACK service is legendary in my book.

ACK is pretty impressive with their shipping. Anyone that I can call at 5pm on a Wednesday with a order and them have it to me on Thursday has my respect. I just wished they had fishing rods/tackle.

I have nothing but good things to say about ACK.....5 star service. My only recommendation is that they open an ACK location in North Texas.

I ordered some rigging hardware, anchor, anchor line, and some other stuff yesterday at 3 and it is showing "On truck for delivery" for today. Awesome shipping service, and the customer service is great also. I had to call them to make sure I was getting what I needed and they went above and beyond to make sure it was. Great job ACK!

I ordered a new paddle from them and some other accessories from my newly aquired Commander 140. Super fast shipping! Only complaint was the iPad version of the site, checkout was not working correctly. I let them know, I was contaced by somebody at ACK immediately asking for feedback, so he could get the issue fixed. He took down the info and gave me a coupon code! Great company. And the TKF membership discount is AWESOME!

My only disappointment was that my order shipped in a Girl Scout's Thin Mint box and I was kinda hoping they left me some in there, but there weren't any!

Impressed yet again. I ordered to rod holder extenders yesterday morning, and they arrived today!

Sadly, one of them was missing both screw knobs. I called them at 1615 today and let them know, and they said they would be in the mail this afternoon, and i should have them tomorrow!!! They didn't even ask me to return the item that had missing pieces so that they could send me a new box.

This place will continue to earn my money
