What is the best size straight shank flipping hook for the sweet beaver 4.20 size?

I like a 5/0. I like to have as big of a hook as my bait will hold.

Some folks say that fishin on a Sunday is a sin, but if a fish bites my line, you know I'm gonna reel him on in!

I used to want the absolute biggest hook I could get as well, but there are times that the bait won't sit right. Through trial and error and talking to other guys on tour, I have learned that a lot of times that big hook will hurt you once you have stuck a fish because there is a lot of the hook that may be protruding out of the fishes mouth that will get snagged in heavy cover causing you to lose a stuck fish.

I am the total opposite in some cases, I like to have as small of a hook as i can. It lets the bait have more natural movements. but there is a time and place.
