I have an older Minn Kota maxxum pro 80lb trolling motor with the built in transducer. Does it use the same adapter cable that is used on the "universal sonar 2" that minn kota sells now? I'm trying to hook it up to a Humminbird 727 but I'm not sure if mine is an older design or if they were all the same. Thanks.

The original US was a three pin, plastic connection. The new US2 uses a 4 pin metal connection. They will not interchange.
