I live in spring texas there are lots of neighborhoods with bass fishing lakes in them that do not have a posted sign, my question is can i get into troubke if i fish these lakes without living in the neighborhood? I mean all i do is catch and release not like im taking the fish home or anything.. what are yalls thoughts?

I think just as long as you respect the area u will not have a problem, when many start fishing the same area i'll bet u see no fishing signs. But this usually a selling point fish in the ponds.

If you do not have permission of the land owner it is poaching. A friend of mine was all most arrested for the same thing.
