Jason please tell me your okay seen a story where a noodler drown and then this morning on facebook I noticed Catdaddy said rest in peace Jason and my heart sank thinking the worse.

^ Found this in an article. I think he's older than 26 and the picture doesn't look like him- not going to post pic out of respect for the family.
Hope Hands Only is ok.

That's good to hear, I know lots of people disagree with hand fishing but Jason in my opinion is a stand up guy and always willing to help out wherever he can.

I've talked to Jason on the phone a few times at length (previous to this) and based on our conversations I think he's a bit older than 26.
Prayers and thoughts out to the family of Jason though.

The pursuit (where are the fish), rigs design and setup, scouting, the awesome feeling of casting your rigs 100+ yards out, the total focus on the fish and the elements, the outdoors... the total exhaustion at the end of your fishing day,... the cooler full of fish to bring home... Yeah, I'm going to miss bank fishing!

He's fine. Talk to him a couple times a week. They are having a benefit noodling tourney on the 22nd I believe to assist victims of storms in Oklahoma. After fishing with him, i don't think you could kill the guy. He just goes and goes.
Prayers go out to the other Jason and his family though. Noodling is dangerous, especially on rivers. It only takes one time to get your hand or arm stuck under a ramp, rock, or ledge and its over. Most people that noodle alot are aware of the risks though. That's why I always have 2-3 people with me, but sometimes even that might not be enough.
