I'd love to do one of these with him. But I just cannot afford it.

I already booked one with him. Clark is facing some challenges right now. He could use a little of our support.

It would be some of the best money an angler will have spent on fishing in a long time. I promise you will come away with some info that will pay off on the water if not help pay off in some extra tournament winnings . I know I have learned alot from other anglers over the years and The more time on the water they spend the more they learn how to adapt to many different conditions and bodies of water on the fly. Time on the water is great but time on the water all over the country provides a vast wealth of knowledge.

Thanks for putting this information on here. I just sent Clark an e-mail and plan on booking a trip if our schedules will allow. I met Clark last year and was impressed with both his ability as a fisherman and his personal interaction with other fishermen and spectators alike.

How much are they and when do they start? Normally $450, but with the discount, $400. You can book any time before the end of December. I think Clark said the class is half the day on the water and half the day in class. It is not a guide trip ... it is a class to better your bass fishing skills. He's sending me more detailed information and I will post it when I get it.

The day with Clark at the Elite Angler Academy is well worth the money. Clark spends the first half of the day in a "one-on-one" classroom type setting. He explains situations and backs these up with computer waypoints, etc. To me, the first hour of the classroom instruction was well worth the money, much less the rest of the day. Around noon, you go to the lake and Clark demonstrates what he has taught. You will see fish on the chart, bridges, brush piles, etc. Obviously, this is "on water" demonstration of what was covered in the morning session.
You do some fishing; however, it is not a fishing trip, it is an instructional trip.
My bonus for the day was catching my personal best. You may not get your personal best; however, you will get a ton of exceptional information.
Time and money well spent. Very highly recommended.
At some point in the future, I will be doing this again.

I made a trip with Clark in January, I froze my booty off, but came away with a whole lot of great information. If time and money allow, I want to do a "catching" trip with him soon.
The day of instruction is well worth the money when we drop $1500 for a depthfinder.

I took Clark's class about three weeks ago and it was worth every penny, especially the first hour or two when it begins to "click". His instructional techniques are very graphic and informational. I have been on the water a couple of times since then and have already been able to utilize what he taught me. I can't put a true value on what I learned but what he taught me was invaluable. I will be booking him again as well. I did not catch my PB that day but we whacked em. Steve Phillips
