Hey everybody, I'll be hitting up the Vine with a buddy tomorrow evening and were planning on fishing from 6:00pm to midnight. Any advise on what I should be throwing?

The nice thing about summer fishing is it gets pretty simple: Dark 10" power worm and a kvd 6xd. Main lake points starting deep and working shallow as the sun goes down. From sunset to about 9pm I'd have a topwater handy too.

I caught them Saturday on a squarebill on docks. All small fish. The only good slot I had was in 18ft on a fluke C-Rig.

Naaa Jack on the 10" worm... Unless u want maybe two bites! Get u a 1/4 spot remover and watermelon/red trick worm, a Crig with trophy hunter rattlesnake and a sexy shad 6 xd and work points from 14-22ft! As it gets dark stick with the Shakey head w a black trick worm! Dam at night!

Is there any place around Oak Grove Park to buy some live minnows at six in the morning?

I used to crappie fish the boat slips at Scotts Landing. I used a white jig and ran it deep and slow. In addition to good crappie, I always caught enough LM's for a couple of meals. It seemed they cut off about 930 in the morning. It was in the deeper water.
