Thanks everyone, it was a very blessed week. My family was there to support me. Just to stand in the cut line with Andy Morgan, Jay Yelas, Luke Clausen, Ish, Jason Christie, Tommy Martin and other great anglers was a humbling experience. Those are guys I've looked up to for years. I started off each morning throwing a spro frog and flipping a double zz jackhammer jig to flooded bushes. I could usually get my limit in about an hour. From there I cranked rip rap and culled a few. Finally once the sun got high I'd swim my jig, crankbait or A-rig with double zz swayback swimmers in gizzard shad color around floating docks.
Thanks for all the kind words. One more good event and I should make the Forrest Wood Cup.

They are taking 38 to the cup. With one event left I'm in 39th in the AOY standings. I'm not bragging just SUPER excited!!

Good job James. Looks like you really enjoyed yourself out there!!
I wish the camera guy had gotten you talking to Casey Martin the second day as you idled by. (About someone always following him)....that was too funny! Camera guy wasn't ready for it! LOL!
I can't help myself everytime I see his entourage I mess with him. I think it's the Fire Fighter in me coming out. Lol
