Guys...Im heading down to galveston this month....I have an 8 year old who dreams about catching a shark! What are the odds catching one off the surf/or jetties---or would a guide be the way to go if i could afford it. Any Info greatly appreciated! Horned Frog

You odds of catching one are pretty good this time of year... My uncle does shark charters outbid Galveston I work as his deck hand he has a 26' center console and we can def put you on some nice sharks if you are interested on me
