 Boat slip partners needed

I have my boat in a slip at Big Mineral Marina and want to share the cost with anyone who would like to have a place to catch fish off the docks.$200 per year to fish the 40 or so slips. 30 of the slips have lots of brush.$10 for the key deposit.You could come and go 24 hours a day with the key.
You can bring your family or bring a couple of friends with you.
$40 dollars [[per year) for use of the boat ramp and all the facilities (They do have a pretty nice beach area). 0r it is $5 dollars per day if you would chose to choose to pay by the day for the boat ramp. If interested leave me a message

Is this legit to fish others' slips? I don't want to answer to someone's Smith & Wilson? $200 is great deal. Can someone varify this? Or do I need to call the marina myself to confirm?

Is this legit to fish others' slips? I don't want to answer to someone's Smith & Wilson? $200 is great deal. Can someone varify this? Or do I need to call the marina myself to confirm? Back when I had a slip at Big Mineral everyone fished everyone's on the 3 boat houses our gate led too. Good bunch of folks down there. Never had any trouble at all.

Won't the marina want their cut of the $$$??? I wouldn't think they would allow anyone to sub lease. They don't care....They got theirs. They allow each slip up to 5-10 extra keys if not mistaken.

That's a bargain. I have a slip in there and five of us split the cost. ($300.00 ea) I have never seen it crowded. Excellent fishing and a great location. The marina allows five names on each slip. 
Caught these in there last year.
