Just a word to cat fishermen. They are catching lots of cat in the Cumberland pool of the Tishomingo NWR. I am a little layed up from a fall in my boat or I would get out there. Washita has backed up into the refuge and boats can now be launched at the HQ ramp and Murray 23.
