Recently I purchased a big green egg and have the freezer full of some huge fish. We had a blast they were all sitting right on beds and easy pickens. Either way, what recipe, seasoning, method, temp do y'all recommend for the best flakey tender outcome.

What's the matter with you!!! They are a beautiful creature! Why would you kill them in such a matter?

Don't listen to the haters. Large mouth bass are very good eating! For fish over about 5 lbs I like to scale them first, then filet and grill skin side down. Rub it down with margarine & slice some onions and lemons (thin slices) and lay them on top. Dust with a little Tony's or Slap ya Mama's and cook until it's white. Good stuff! I like to fry the smaller ones, but blackened bass is also pretty awesome. That pic makes me want to go fill a cooler up right now!!

Nice batch of bass. Haven't seen that many since we limed the tank last year.

I never eat them. I just pitch em' up on the bank and let the coons eat em'.

Yeah them big bass are like eating carp. I carry all my 5 lbers and over too a Hispanic family here in town.

I hope you caught those from a private pond and not a public fishery.

Back to the OP. Ain't you the guy selling perch traps? From the look of your tailgate I guess they work on LMB as well?
