I am trying to update my Navionics and it says there is not enough free space. I have never saved anything to this card other than the last update. Anyone know where I am going wrong? Do not want to start deleting files without knowing which ones to delete. I have called and emailed Navionics with no luck yet. Just messages and no returned emails.

Keep trying to contact Navionics. I had the same problem right out of the box. There is some kind of a problem that they are aware of. If you can get thru to a live person, they will send you a replacement and instructions on how to return your defective one to them.

I had the same problem. Call navionics and they will fix problem. I had trouble getting email response. I'm still hesitant to update in the future due to messing up my previous two cards.

The Hot Maps south chart has gone past its 6 gig capacity once we have added SonarCharts. The amount of data substantially increased. The card must now be replaced with a 16 gig chart. We can do a simple swap out.

PM sent

Navionics just keeps making it better and better with more data/information.

If we're buying a new Navionics card how can we tell if we're getting a 6gb or 16gb card??
