First, I would like to say hi, and I think that ya'll have a great forum and do a wonderful job with it!! I love catfishing and Lake Fork is where I fish. I have caught lots of channel cats but have yet to catch a blue there. Does Lake Fork have blues?

I thank you sir for the reply. I moved here from New Mexico a few years ago and I'm trying to learn about the beautiful lakes here and the fishing.

This time of year try fishing in shallow water with structure. I know the are tons of timber on that lake. Use fresh cut shad as bait on an 8/0 gama circle hook

I'll sure give that a try!! I'm gonna have to get myself a cast net and try to get me some shad. I fished Lake Fork yesterday, caught some nice channel cats in about 17 ft. of water.

I fished fork Saturday and caught 19 channels in 2 hours caught in 9fow. Good luck
