So Im really new to the sport of crappie fishing and Id like to catch some crappie out at Hubbard. We have been doing pretty good with channel cats on there and I was looking to put something else in the frier next time! Can yall point me in the right direction as of spots, baits and times? Also I probably would go next weekend due to school getting out so I wasnt sure if that affected anything spawing wise! I really appreciate yalls help on this! Thanks

They're probably done spawning....cats get good right after crappie spawn. Try 10-15'

If your fishing from the bank its probably going to be hard to catch'em. You should brush you out a spot on I-30 rocks. You need to get the brush down to where the rocks stop. I think Chadt has the best advice. On Hubbard, even if you have a boat you have to move from spot to spot picking up a couple at each spot. On Lavon they school up a bit more.
